Dobski's has been serving the Waterford area since 1958. The Dobski family sold the restaurant to Ron and Patrice Brezner in 1993. They ran the older location for close to 10 years, before they decided to retire from the business entirely to travel and take care of their families. The Brezner's missed the business greatly (especially the meaningful relationships they had formed with their employees and the community) and decided to re-open Dobski's Restaurant once again.
We opened at our new builiding in July of 2007. Since our New Location we have won many prestigious awards, among them the "Keeping Michigan Beautiful Award" in 2009 and 2010 "Best of the Best Awards" in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. We have also adopted a stretch of Cooley Lake Road in order to help keep our sorrounding environment up to our standards of the Waterford area, which we are so very proud to be a part of. We have also done a lot of Fundraising for the Open Door Outreach Center, and have made many donations to help schools and local businesses in our area. We are so thankful to our loyal customers who welcomed us back to business with open arms and have since frequented our establishment regularly. We still think our customers are the very BEST!!
